Classroom Board Schedule Pieces

Over the years, I came to rely on my classroom schedule just as much as my students did! Having the day's activities visible in one place helped us stay organized and made it easier to see what was coming next.

These Classroom Board Schedule Pieces make creating your own classroom schedule simple. Just download and it is yours!

What's Included?

  • 36 premade schedule pieces with an elementary-friendly font

  • A Changes piece and a Special Activities piece for those unexpected events that pop up

  • Blank schedule pieces so you can add your own activities

  • Pastel colors that coordinate with many classroom styles

  • A link to an editable Google Slides copy so you can create additional schedule pieces to fit your classroom's needs

  • 2 different schedule headers to choose from

Make It Work for Your Classroom

These schedule pieces are designed for elementary and special education classrooms. Display them on a classroom whiteboard, bulletin board, or another spot where students can easily see the daily schedule.

If you're using a whiteboard, consider adding magnets to the backs so pieces are easy to move around. We all know schedules change!

I especially loved having blank pieces ready to go. I would laminate them blank and use an Expo marker to write in activities as needed, then erase them when those activities were over. It was an easy way to handle changes without making new pieces every time!

Looking for a different background color? I chose pastels to coordinate with many classrooms, but if you'd prefer something different, email me! I'd be happy to help.

A little more predictability can make a big difference for both students and teachers!

Coordinate with Individual Schedule Pieces

I also created Individual Schedule Pieces that coordinate with the pictures in this classroom set. Using the same pictures on classroom and individual schedules helps keep visuals consistent, making it easier for students to recognize activities and understand what comes next.

If you have students who benefit from their own visual schedules, you can purchase both resources together in a discounted bundle!

Even better, the Individual Schedule Pieces also coordinate with my special area schedule bundles for music, art, gym, library, lunch, and bus! This makes it easy to keep visuals consistent throughout the school day.
